Rules for In Person Classes
1. Bring your own yoga mat for hygiene purposes.
2. Arrive ON TIME. Once class starts no one will be admitted.
3. Arrive clothed. We will disrobe together at the beginning of class.
4. Be respectful of others. Do not reveal the identity of others who take the class. You will be asked to leave if you are making others feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
